The wires are designed for winding the stators of submerged water-filled electric motors that operate for a long time in the water of artesian wells at a voltage of up to 660 V AC with a frequency of 40-60 Hz.
The insulation of the wires is mechanically strong and can withstand at least 100 double drags at a temperature of (25±10) °C.
The insulation is elastic when wound on a rod whose diameter is equal to five times the maximum outer diameter of the wire.
The service life of the wires at an operating temperature of +80 °C is at least 16,000 hours.
The range of temperatures of operation: from -50 °C to +80 °C.
The permissible operating pressure must not exceed 7.09 MPa.
The electrical resistance of the insulation of the wire, measured in water at a temperature of (25±10) °C after being in it for at least 1 hour, recalculated by 1 km of length — not less than 500 Om.
The warranty period of storage is 2 years from the date of manufacture.
